Reservation made over the phone with no necessary in person interaction. Sales representative was pleasant and guided me through the policies. Documents signed online. Gate worked great with password. Thank you for making my transition back to the Lewisburg area easier.
overall experience was good and the unit was very easy to access. only minor issue was after moving out, as I received a call stating that my unit wasn't cleaned out properly. I believe this issue has been rectified, but it was a bit frustrating to hear that my account couldn't be closed because the unit wasnt empty...especially since I live over 200 miles away.
Setting up storage was painless, thank you for taking care of me
clean and easy to access. Staff was unbelievably helpful and responsive. Great place!!
