The Village Rexburg - Community Apartments

I love The Village. The ward here is wonderful and the complex is kept tidy. The office personnel are very kind and helpful. They send out information and things at a timely manner. Especially in regards to important events like snow removal or exterior pressure washing so you can be prepared before hand. The apartments themselves are good sized and have shelving and helpful storage space. We live in the Fremont and have enjoyed it. The only draw back is that the floors between apartments are pretty thin. You can almost hear the other tenants conversations. We seem to upset the downstairs neighbors often, though we try really hard to be quiet for them.The only other annoyance is the two dog parks on either side of the complex tend to make the complex smell, which isn’t the most pleasant thing.

Very clean, beautiful place! The staff is extremely reliable, and the amenities are very well maintained. Some say that the rent and fees are high, but compared with other housing complexes with such high standards and quality as this one, this is by far the most affordable housing in Rexburg! I strongly recommend The Village!

This apartment complex is amazing! I've got some friends who live here, and the apartments themselves are in good condition; has always felt like home. The amenities are all also in good condition, and when something is needed (propane for the grill, for example) the management are quick to respond and help.

Amazing apartment! We've lived here about a year and have never had any issues. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. We only had to put in one maintenance request, which was resolved very quickly. Compared to many other places in Rexburg, I feel the quality of not only the apartments, but the amenities and management is fantastic. Pretty much all of the negative reviews of this complex were caused by the tenants not properly reading their leases or the requirements to have pets. As long as you follow the rules, which are more than reasonable, you will never get fined, you will never have any issues with the management. Leases are legally binding documents, so read it before you sign it. The Village is a high quality apartment complex that is worth the money. Looking forward to at least another year here!

We had such an awesome experience with our college kids living at The Village. Great amenities, wonderful staff, clean apartment. I highly recommend this complex as a clean and safe environment for your loved ones. Sydney, in the front office, is beyond professional and is a joy to work with!!
