Nichole Robson was amazing. she actually wrote out an action plan with me on paper so i could have an understanding of what she wanted to try. She was considerate about pricing of things but also wanted to solve the issue. She did her research on my medical history with me which i appreciated! She was amazing and very sympathetic and knowledgeable and attentive. Every doctor should be like her.

I saw Nichole Robson today for the first time and was very impressed with her clinical thought process and sharing her medical thinking with me, a quick illustration on a paper towel, what all the possible conditions could be, course of action, etc. Nichole was very kind, attentive, and considerate and easily entertained the questions I had. You will love Nichole for your medical care!nn7/13/20 (visit update)nnI've seen Nichole Jeppesen on a few occasions over 8 months or so and she's always been a kind and thoughtful provider to interact with like today. This clinic is totally hardwired with values like kindness and compassion starting at the front desk. While this practice is a primary clinic where the patients are scheduled every 15 minutes or so, just like everywhere else in the country, I've never felt herded or rushed here. This practice is truly a gem in the Rexburg medical community!

Doctor Prince is a great doctor and cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him as your doctor. My wife has seen him for 2 years and is now pregnant. He's going to deliver our baby so if you are pregnant and need a great doctor, choose Doctor Prince.

Both Dr. Prince and Nicole are wonderful, knowledgable, and caring. They listen to your questions and actually take the time to answer them and address your concerns. Dr. Prince gives you all of your options for treatment (if needed) and does really well with my kids (3 year old twins and a 2 year old)! I highly recommend Complete Family Care.
