I didn't give great Wall five stars because I think it's the best Chinese food around which it is. I like the customer service, very friendly and pleasant staff. I ordered beef egg foo young for delivery once and I didn't have the gravy in my order . I called them and they got it to me within 10 minutes and sent some extras for the inconvenience. Customer service is just as important as good food in my opinion

Great Wall is right! It is great! I love the food...best white rice In the area hands down. Their veggie fried rice is always fresh, as is everything else I’ve ever had there. Their Mai Fun is delicious as well! Chicken and broccoli is excellent. I don’t have anything but rave reviews regard the food. Plus they always have your order ready in about ten minutes, even when they’re busy. To top it all off the employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I am a loyal patron of this place, and definitely think it deserves five stars not 3.5.

Ordered shrimp and peppers and tomatoes, they called and said they were out of tomato, so I had them just not add them. They delivered beef and pepper. Came back with supposedly shrimp, onion and pepper and the container is full of onions. I ordered at 6:35 pm didn’t get the last until 9:20 pm.

Though I have ordered from them before without issue, I was told today that they cannot deliver to me unless I order over double their advertised minimum amount due to living too far away from them.nnThey wouldn't have even popped up if I weren't within the delivery distance on the app I was using and never having had any issues with getting good delivered before from them, I'm very unhappy with their service. This was handled very unprofessionally and could have been handled much better.

Food is ok , delivery guy Kevin is really rude . Screamed & cursed in my face because I didn’t answer the phone . Never ordering from here again . Magic Wok is so much better ! Staff is way nicer !
