I took my son into Dr. Cottrell due to a fever, feeling unwell and stomach aches. When I met the doctor he repeated several questions which I had answered. I got the feeling everything I said went through one ear and out the other. The Dr. completely went off track as to why we were there. He didn't fully examine his mouth either. In the end I asked if it was viral and had to be waited out; his response was yes. Two days later my sons throat was blistered. I took him to a different doctor who tested him for strep, which it indeed was. I believe that my sons pain and discomfort could have been solved through that visit with Dr. Cottrell if the doctor would have listened and responded attentively.
