I went to get a copper IUD before getting married. I was told that a hormonal IUD was best. I wanted time to think about it and the nurse kept coming in and told me to make a decision quickly or make another appointment (It had been 2 minutes). I was told that the hormones would not effect my overall system and that the side effects were not true. So I got it. Well they lied. I got it out a year later and all side effects (that they blamed on me..not the iud) are gone like magic. The doctor and the staff were nice but not going again because I can't trust what they say.

I went to Seasons Medical for my pregnancy and had to switch doctors at the end since I was out of state for the birth of my child. When I switched doctors the new doctor requested my records from Seasons and Seasons didn't have all the records that they needed. They said that I never took my second test for the gestational diabetes but i did and I had my own records and dates to show that. I have also tried for weeks on end to get questions answered about my billing and I have still yet to get to a real person to answer my questions. The phone lines always go to voicemail. Also the doctors I saw for the pregnancy were not very helpful once I told them I was going out of state for the birth. They started to not answer my questions and put me on the back burner. I couldn't deliver at madison memorial hospital anyways so i would have had to have another doctor deliver anyways. I would not recommend Seasons Medical Womens Center.

Loved my doctor. But the nurses never answer my phone calls. I tried to call several times for nausea meds and I can never get a person to answer my call. It always goes to voice-mail and they say they will call back before the end of the day. Sometimes they don't.

I used Seasons for my first pregnancy in 2014/15. One dr has since retired so I won’t review him. Dr Codd was my primary OB but Dr Meredith assisted the delivery of my baby. I really liked both drs and was comfortable with either delivering my baby. I had difficulty in pushing and Dr Meredith was very kind and sensitive to me explaining the intervention he recommended. I had a 4th degree tear which I was treated again very kindly and respectfully by Dr Meredith. My 6 week check up was very uncomfortable physically with Dr Codd. I think it would’ve been very beneficial to have been referred to a pelvic floor therapist (anyone with a 4th degree tear should at least speak to one, in my opinion) but I don’t know if those were available anywhere near Rexburg.

Midwife Marie’s methods are not conducive with hypnobirthing. Visits prior to birth she seemed on board with my birth plan, but when it came time for delivery she had no interest in listening to me or my body. She got angry with me when I didn’t push how and when she wanted. It wasn’t at all when I was hoping for and I wish I had found a different midwife.
