Lots of friendly people who smile and shake your hand! Even though they are cheerful, members of the congregation don't pretend to be perfect, in fact, they admit that the reason they've come is for the healing and uplift they need. Visitors are welcomed in every meeting. The first meeting was sacrament meeting. The hymns are powerfully simple as is the sacrament. For me, healing is a process that happens from the inside out, with God's quiet assistance. I appreciate that in meetings and in the classes that follow, there are plenty of opportunities to reflect, to read scriptures, to pray and participate in discussions. There is also a focus on Jesus Christ, and reminders that He is our Savior. I love worshipping in this church. Highly recommend it. Hope to see you there!
