La Jolla Apartments

I love it at La Jolla! The managers become some of your closest friends and they do so many fun activities for you! They literally do everything they can to make it the best semester for you! The ward is great. The people here are great! The apartments are nice and it feels like my home away from home. 110% would recommend this place to anyone!

I lived at La Jolla for two semesters. It would have been three, but I ended up going home when Coronavirus hit. The location is pretty spot on. You get a nice mixture of being a block away from campus and also a block away from Main st. The grocery store is a short walk. Little Caesars is right next to the complex, and Taco Bell is a block away. The apartments have nice carpet and there is a washer and dryer. Staying at La Jolla really did feel like home.nnI was very impressed by the response to Coronavirus. I was fully prepared and expecting to still pay for my full contract even though I would be moving out. However, they provided several alternative options to ease financial strain. I only had to pay half of my contract for Spring semester.

I absolutely love La Jolla. I have lived here for over a year now and I have no intention of moving anytime soon! My two older brothers lived at La Jolla a few years ago and whenever I would come visit them, I knew that this is where I wanted to live when I came to college. I love the ward and the location of the complex! The managers are amazing and care so much about the tenants. They try their best to make us happy and to help us have fun. It makes living there feel like home. I love how fast the maintenance requests gets taken care of. Maintenance Mike is the best! Not only does he fix everything, he talks to us and genuinely wants to know how we are doing. If anyone is looking for an awesome complex with awesome people, apartments, and management, this is the place!

I could have not asked for a better experience than the one I had at La Jolla. The managers are angels and there is a super friendly atmosphere. Groceries within walking distance and great amenities. Best place I have lived so far by a long shot. I love La Jolla!

I love La Jolla and I am so grateful I decided to go there my first semester! The environment is fantastic, and the people there are amazing! Also, management is amazing! You can always feel the Love they have for you! I highly recommend La Jolla!
