Tucked away in a place you would not think to look, the USPS Office lies fronted by a parking lot that needs the lines repainted. The service here is a little slow as there are not too many members of staff, however they are friendly, informative, and they take time to help you and answer your questions. Overall it provides just the service it is supposed to and does it quite well.

I wouldn't give any stars but that is not possible. You pay for guaranteed delivery dates. They won't update the tracking to let you know. So now I missed my appointment. They also had my last package stuck in a loop for 3 weeks with out any communication. I hope this place goes out of business.

I've never had a bad experience with this post office. The employees are polite and efficient.

I love the Rexburg post office! They always welcome me with a smile and know me by name!nPeople need to understand postal workers aint perfect nor robots and that everyone has bad days. Five stars!!

I love this post office for the customer service. The staff are so friendly and there is one middle aged man who is enthusiastic and passionate about customer service.The post office itself is rather small and I have had to wait for up to 15 minutes sometimes to get served. Have had no issues sending parcels from here. They sell envelopes, packages, and stamps here.
