I have always had positive experiences with this facility. However, today I needed to fingerprinted for a social work application. I went and there was no one at the desk so I followed the instructions and pulled a number waited for the drivers license clerk, who told me the girl at the front just got back. So I went and she told me that she had to get the mail and if they ( the driver license clerks) didn’t call me before she got back she would help me then. I told her I waited and they just told me to come see her. She rolled her eyes so far back I to her head then asked me my number which had obviously passed and then said ok... hold on and then LEFT. I am not a criminal and maybe she is used to working with people like that, but doesnt everyone deserve some respect and acknowledgement? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The two stars is only because of my previous experiences.

If people wonder why trust in govt is declining, just use this office as an example.

The line here usually is not all that long. Honestly, it is a hit or a miss. But the last couple times the line has not been that long for me. They are all very nice and willing to help you out with whatever you need. They know what they are doing and get you through at a decent time.

As an employee here I couldn't ask for a greater place to work or a better community to serve!
