Heidi, Matthew, and Jeff are amazing! They are very inviting and will educaste about the rings also so you know what you are buying! They made it not only comfortable for me but my fiancé who had a hard time going into other jewelers because of how strong and aggressive they come off! They helped her feel comfortable also! Jeff did an amazing job designing the ring I wanted. It was customized and I asked him to do a variation of a ring they had there. He did a perfect job. We will shop there for now on for rings! Those three are my favorite jewelers!

Incredible and personalized service. They work using a non-commissions system so you don't have to worry about getting ripped off. Jacquelyn- one of the attendants is very informed and passionate about jewelry and has educated us considerably well on gemstones, ring anatomy, price changes, etc. I would highly recommend Alpine Jewelers if you are looking for a place where you can comfortably analyze options (whether they be financial, material-wise, etc.) and become informed on what buying and owning a ring entails. Again, extremely satisfied.

They made the experience of buying a ring very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't have the ring that we wanted, so they found just what we needed and created it in about a week. Their workmanship is pristine.

Professional and nice staff. Tell them what you want and they will go around with you suggesting rings based off of what you want and not what costs most or what they want you to buy. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. I'll update this once we get the ring cleaned, resized, or what not later down the road since that is free here for the life of the ring.

This place is AMAZING! We originally were planning on buying a ring on Etsy, but these people were so extremely friendly and are very educated with what they’re talking about. They had so many great options, and both my fiancé and I found rings that we fell in love with. You can tell they don’t just want you for your money, they don’t even try to talk you into buying anything. All they do is teach you, to help you know more what you are looking for. Jaclyn was the main person who helped us, and she was amazing! Heidi was also there in some of the days we went in and she was extremely friendly too! They are extremely personable. I had to get my ring sized down to a 4, and the were able to do it no problem, with the ring still looking amazing. I would recommend that everyone should go here. Really good prices too!
