I am very pleased with this experience. My boyfriend bought a ring from here but had me look at other places (so I wouldn’t know he bought it). I ended up finding one that was less expensive somewhere else. When we went back to jensens to see what they could do to change the price of the ring and give me more of what I wanted, Stephen (the manager) was very helpful. He made sure that I was educated on my decision of what I wanted to change and the price ended up being about the same as the other place (within a couple hundred dollars). For that amount more, I’d rather have the quality and customer service Stephen offered us at Jensens than a cheaper ring.
Just went here to buy an engagement ring for my fiancé and the experience here was amazing! Garrett is the man and everyone else that works there is so down to earth and extremely helpful and truthful! Totally recommend this place!
Came here to alter and clean a pendant to fit a chain. Stephen went above and beyond my request. I wish I would’ve taken a before picture because it was so dirty beforehand. Afterwards, it was just sparkling. Mosiah and Garret showed me around the store while Stephen was working and we just talked about snowboarding and some of their products. Amazing customer service and the quality of the work really took me away. Highly recommend ud83dudc4c

The new manager Steven is awesome , he just took the job three weeks ago but he clearly knows what he’s doing . He’s polite and very helpful ... unlike the previous manager.. I can tell he’s passionate to make every customer satisfied even during the pandemics!
