I've had car and renters insurance with this company for 3 years no problem. I moved and got a new car tried to update the policy. Every time I called to update the info there was no answer. Then when I did get hold of someone the right person wasn't in, they didn't leave notes on the file with my new info for the person I needed to talk to. I got conflicting info about prices, had to explain everything FOUR times because of no notes. I made the the payment asked the lady if she was sure because this is less then what I was told before of course it wasn't after they took the money I was told by another rep later I wasn't covered. I would have to make another payment basically and the 1st payment didn't count and they would eventually send that payment back.nIf your looking for poor communication this is the place to go.
