I still call them for insurance even though I'm no longer in Rexburg, because they understand how to work with college and college age customers. Even when it's just a question and I don't need to buy a plan, they're happy to help.

I know ZERO about insurance and the nice gals there were so polite and were happy to help me! I wish they did home and auto instead of only health because they are just so amazing and knowledgeable! They really went the extra mile for me and my family. I would recommend to anyone who is the market for health coverage to give them a call!

We have been using Ballard insurance for several years to help us navigate through health insurance. Haley and Taylor go way above and beyond. They are so patient, kind and incredibly helpful. Health insurance can be confusing and tricky to understand at times and Ballard Insurance is there to help you with every step. I don’t know what I would do without them.
