So good to work with! My agent Ellie did an above and beyond helping my husband get set up with our insurance needs.nnWe were pretty new to some of the insurance we would be getting and she was very patient in answering my questions and helping us to get us the best deal possible. When talking to friends who pay the same types of insurance we do, we found that we were saving so much but had the same coverage.nnEven through they are in Idaho, they were able to work with us via email and phone. We live in Utah BTW.nnLooking forward to continuing to work with them!

We had Black Bell Homeowners insurance through Kemper and I called during a windstorm and we decided that the roof damage wasn’t worth making an insurance claim but fixing it ourselves. Because of that conversation they sent us a letter saying they won’t renew our home owners insurance because some granules are missing from our roof - GRANULES, not even significant damage. Glad to know you can’t even ask a question without them deciding you’re not worth covering anymore. We’ll be taking our home and car insurance over to Page Insurance in Idaho Falls and save ourselves some money and headaches. 10/10 would NEVER recommend working with Kemper or Black Bell.

I recommend Joe Anderson as an Agent. My wife and I were living in Rexburg for a temporary time and Joe got both of us the best deals he could find for health and dental insurance which covered everything that we needed. He communicates well and always exceeds our expectations. We have ran into lots of issues with federal tax laws and Joe has solved every one of those issues for us. We wish that we can carry him to Arizona
