Received a quote from them that came in significantly higher than expected. When I called to ask for some more information so I could shop around they refused to give me the information. Then, when I expressed my feeling that their refusal to give me the requested information was poor customer service the man on the phone hung up on me. If a company is certain that they are offering a good product with good value they shouldn’t be concerned with giving a potential customer all the information they need to make an informed purchase.

We have had the most incredible experience with Gundersen's Carpet & Vinyl Floors to Go in Rexburg! This is our second time ordering carpet from them and having it installed. Josh Gundersen's suggestion of choices (they have a very large selection) of carpet for our concrete floor (garage remodel to family room), and single padding was absolutely the best and most reasonably priced compared to anyone else (we compared with four other carpet places). The quality was excellent! It feels like we are walking on a double padded thick carpet and not on a former concrete floor! It is absolutely beautiful! Not only that...the installation was perfect, as there were stairs included, and it was absolutely beautiful! We know that with Gundersens...we have Quality, Excellent Customer Service, and Excellent Product! We are referring everyone to purchase from Gundersens!

We had a really great experience with Gundersen's. The show room is professional but with a great space to keep kids entertained. Susan was wonderful to work with, she didn't tire of finding exactly what I was looking for. When I needed to look for something that fit better in our budget Josh found a great carpet at a great price. The installers of our vinyl did a great job with the stairs and the rest of the floor, and the carpet installers even cut the leftover pieces into rugs for all the bathrooms and exterior doors. Everyone was friendly and got the work done quickly, it was finished a day earlier than expected. I can whole-heartedly recommend this company.

I found the perfect flooring for my coffee shop here. The family that owns it are so sweet and over the top nice. They try their hardest to find what you need. I will buy my floors here again when I remodel my home!
