I needed a specific satin finish on a wall for my business. I am CERTAIN I told the correct finish to the store clerk. They gave me the wrong sheen of paint and refused to replace it. I was told it was store policy. Apparently, if they give you the wrong paint, you have to pay to replace it. Too bad! Used to like this place. It was 100% the store employees fault and they still refuse to help me. I won't be getting paint here again. Make sure to check your buckets before you leave.

Sherwin-Williams has excellent paint. It covers well and lasts a long time.
The employees are SO helpful. I went in running an errand for my husband with my baby in one arm. They helped me find what I needed, made friendly conversation, and carried it out to my car for me. Great experience!
Love the paint, but they always have the hardest time looking me up in their computer. I've been in there at least a dozen times in the past 10 years, but it always takes a good 10-15 minutes for them to find me in their system. I joke about it each time, but it is frustrating. Sometimes I just give up and buy paint without being found. Crazy.
