I am a care taker for a young woman we came to the ER with her havin chest pain , left arm pain, headache , lost the ability to move and talk they did a heart test the sent her home with blood pressure of 178 over 128 with no answers whatsoever he is a useless doctor and should have his medical license revoked i personally think he is a danger to anyone going to the Madison Memorial hospital ER do not see doctor hancock

Went to the E.R. late in the evening and had to wait over an hour to be treated. He literally looks things up on google because he doesn’t know anything.

Dr. Hancock didn’t show any sympathy and it felt like we were dealing with a robot. It was the worst experience with a doctor.
