Upper Valley ENT and Allergy

I was referred here for some ear issues I'd been having. I had to leave when I saw that none of the office workers, nurses, or doctors were wearing masks. I wanted to at least hear why before I left, and the doctor said the evidence suggests masks aren't helpful. I don't really care what your own opinion is on the situation, wouldn't you at least want to be perceived as following the nation's top doctors' guidelines? Everyone was respectful and kind to me as a new patient, I just have a hard time with their COVID policy in the middle of a pandemic.

I was totally surprised that a medical facility such as this one doesn't have any requirements by the staff or patients to wear a mask or social distance. I would think that a Dr's office dealing with ENT issues and allergies would take all the precautions they could with patients, but I had to cancel my appointment because of none of the staff wearing a mask. I am just in awe with what is happening with the COVID issues that this Dr's office is so nonchalant about protecting their patients and themselves.

Great service, would give 5 stars, but not a single staff member was wearing a mask and COVID rates are so high. Not being a very good example to the public!

This appointment was actually for my 2 year old so . The office staff was super amazing and made us feel at home usually my son doesn't like doctors cause he only sees them for the normal check up and shots but my son actually talked to the doctor here he was very nice and gave a very clear explanation of what was going on with his neck and cleared the worries away keep it thank you

I really enjoyed my experience at Upper Valley ENT. Specifically Dr Peterson was fantastic. He took the time to understand what my symptoms were and then recommended a very practical approach to solving something that has been a long-term issue. I highly recommend Dr Peterson and the staff at Upper Valley ENT.
