Had a nice visit here. The staff were super helpful and they were very professional. The facilities are very clean and up to date. It was the nicest place I have ever been for medical imaging.

I had to come here for an MRI of my knees following an accident and they were very friendly. The tech was awesome, asked if there was a particular type of music I like so he could put it over the speakers and even offered a blanket as it can get cold. Very professional and would go again if I needed anything else.

Tried to call every month about my bill and was never able to get a hold of them.They sent me over to collections and then refused to help. Misquoted me on the MRI as well and didn't mention that the injection was not included in that quote. That should be something you consult patients on and mention is not included in the quote. We don't know what we don't know.

They billed us $1886.00 for an MRI. We got an MRI in Provo for $500.00. They didn't tell us our insurance was out of network so we were stuck with the entire bill. Thus the one star.

Wife: I went in for an 8-week early ultrasound for a pregnancy. The ultrasound tech was not personable, informative, and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She would not let us listen to the baby’s heartbeat, take pictures of our baby on the screen, and only printed 2 pictures for us to take home. She captured several really good pictures of the baby clearly showing the head, arms and legs, but the measly 2 she did print just showed a blob.nAfter trying for a baby for a year, having 2 early miscarriages then to finally get another positive pregnancy test and waiting for our ultrasound, to go in and have the experience we did is very disheartening. It should have been a happy appointment that made us leave with a smile, that baby was measuring on track and had a good heartbeat, instead we got the ultrasound tech who did not want to answer simple questions or hold a conversation.nI will schedule all future ultrasounds with another company, even if I have to pay extra out of pocket, for better bedside manner.nI gave 2 stars because my appointment happened on time, and there was not any excess waiting.
