So kind. The customer service quickly contacted everyone needed to answer my questions on the phone. Then, when I got disconnected, she called me back to make sure I had the information I needed.

Great personnel, friendly and helpful. Lots of office space, and room for city meetings and training.

If you're moving here... get ready for the city hall heist... at the expense of your bank account! I just moved here. I'm not too happy with the $190 utilities connection fee that was a huge surprise on our first utility bill. When I called the City the employee said they would wave the $190 fee if we would disclose our home purchase price. First note that Idaho is a non-discloser state and this little trick to hold a ransom for information is dishonest. I would be happy to pay a connection fee, if that were in fact what I was paying for. This practice in reality is a fine until you abide by their demands. I just moved from a town of 5000 people where city streets were plowed every snow fall by 8 am. You'll be lucky in Rexburg to get it done once a week. Get ready for slip and slide streets in the winter!

Staff are all very friendly. They really try to address people's concerns and do what they can to help. They are improving all the time and making things better the longer time goes on.
