I work in a mental health residence with clients that love food. These guys stopped delivering here without offering any explanation, even when asked directly by staff and our site director. Today they gave us someone else’s order by accident. So we decided to do the right thing and let them know. They decided to Reclaim the order from us and deliver the food to the right customer. We asked if they could deliver to us again. The answer we got was “call so and so tomorrow for compensation.” We don’t want compensation. We want y’all to deliver here again. We are happy to work with y’all and be flexible, but it is not ok to shut us out in response to being nice to y’all and paying cash.
I ordered a chicken Alfredo with broccoli and chicken. The food tasted like pasta water and cream. Just no flavor to anything. There wasn’t a lick of seasoning. However, it was a plentiful portion and I had 3 portions from it. I had to season it. Friendly customer service over the phone and gave an entire warm hoagie roll with butter and a side salad which good.
The food is good but they're so slow! They're always sooooo slow.
It's a minor thing but a big thing too. I ordered food in advance with a specific delivery time. It came 1/2 hour early. Problem is that by the time all the people are home in a 1/2 hour the Pizza will be sitting around for too long. Why have that option if the information is ignored.
