They have the worst customer service!! They never have prescriptions ready when they are supposed to be ready & they can never seem to find my prescriptions in their system even when I’ve called and confirmed with my doctor that they are at this specific Rite Aid. They are all slow & lines are always long. They NEVER answer phone calls or they leave you on hold. I would give zero stars if I could. So sick of this Rite Aid and its made me change to CVS entirely because they represented terribly.
Not only are they not Open 24hrs as advertised but they close 30 minutes to an hr earlier than they say over the phone when an employee actually picks up the phone.
