I called Thursday 7/25/19 5:58pmnI needed to find a dentist in my area and the representative Lucy, informed me that I would have to call back during normal business hours Mon-Thurs 8am-7pm.nAgain, I called Thursday at 5:58pm.nI was confused as to why they were closed when I was “calling during normal business hours”.nThat’s when this woman explodes on the phone. She rudely goes AND? SO? What’s that have to do with me? I was not having this. I was just confused and needing more information.nShe said she was an answering service.nI would suggest getting a new answering service.
