How happy I was with the work performed by Certa Pro king of Prussia on my new home cannot be overstated!nnThe whole operation is very professional. From the first day I met Austyn who provided me a total breakdown of the work to be done, explained the contract and walked me through the process...to John the production manager who personally came out to survey the work to be done and provide valuable insight and advice...to the EXCEPTIONAL work from Isaac and his crew. I was thoroughly impressed. These guys did a tremendous job and finished the entire job in what I believe to be record time. These guys were so hard working and so humble and nice. They protected all the carpets and furniture during the job and left the house spotless when they were done. I would 110% recommend this company and crew to anyone looking to have painting done!
CertaPro was very prompt in setting up a time for our job. Their painting team arrived on time, was very professional in setting up to paint, among other rooms, a very challenging ceiling area that was very high up and not easy to access. They were efficient in completing the job and not a drop of paint or speck of dirt was left behind! That is why I've always called CertaPro for all painting that needed to be done in our house for the past 18 years!
All I can say is it is so refreshing to use a contractor that is professional and takes pride in what they do. From the start John was meeting with me and making sure I was pleased with the work that was done. The project I had them do was difficult and was a redo of another painter that ruined my house. John and his team had to repair all of the damaged drywall that the other contractor caused. Not only did they repair the drywall and repaint the ENTIRE house they made it look like a new home. They had attention to detail and treated my home with respect. All of his workers were courteous and also made sure I was pleased with the work. Once the work was completed (on time) they cleaned the entire house and left it in perfect condition. I would highly recommend John and CertaPro painters of King of Prussia! I already have another house planned for them to paint.
These guys were amazing from start to finish. Night and day from my previous experience with professional painters.nnThey were easy to work with, gave us a timely and free estimate that was very detailed and easy to understand. Once the job was underway they were on time every day, worked hard, and got the entire job done in 2.5 days instead of the 4-5 that I was expecting.nnThe painting was done well, they were very clean and put everything back where it belonged, and they were friendly as well.nnIf I ever need painting done again I will definitely use these guys again.
These guys were exceptional! I can't believe with all the sanding they did not a bit of dust was left in the area they were working or in other rooms. The paint techs followed proper safety standards and painting was perfect. They showed up on time every day and got the job done.
