Environmental Health Inspector

The water in the Apex Mobile Home park is the worst water I have ever smelled. No one drinks it and many are questioning whether it is even safe to wash in. The water has obvious rust, which by itself would not be so bad, but it smells as though it has cattle or human waste mixed into the water. We were warned by our realtor not to drink the water, but just to buy filtered water. My question is where does this water come from? How often is it tested(if ever)? I know not all of Moscow is like this as I have drank water from a number of other locations in Moscow that were fine. It seems as though there is gross negligence on some water quality agency in the area. Someone needs to do a thorough mobile to mobile water quality check. I dare anyone to drink the water coming out of the tap unfiltered.
