Latah County Driver's License Office

I've been in numerous DMV offices over the years. Generally, those staffed by contractors rather than state employees tend to be better, but not here.nnThe wonderful ladies that helped my wife, son and I today were extremely polite, cheerful, and efficient! While there was a mistake made in some of the processing, they quickly corrected it without missing a beat.nnIf you have a choice between the Moscow office and one of the other offices, definitely visit Moscow!

Best dmv experience I've ever had. They were fast, courteous, and helpful. They also made it feel like a safe place during covid.

Well, they work only by appointment now due to the pandemic and hiccups in their new computer system. I was able to get in right away by calling them. Removed a star because even though I got in, it was a struggle to get done what I needed. I needed to change my name on a title. I had to come back to finish the paper work. But overall experience is very positive.
