Overall decent. But, during my checkout with one other pharmacy item and an 8oz cream I was very rudely told that I would have to take it to regular Target checkout line. I normally don’t write reviews but it was very noticeable and inconsiderate. I would Not and have never use the pharmacy to shop. They were so concerned about that one item they forgot to fill my other two prescriptions.

Amazing friendly staff! I recently switched to this pharmacy and I always have a good experience. I highly recommend using the CVS phone app because it tells you when prescriptions are ready. The phone app is super convenient!

The pharmacists are super nice and helpful. My problem is getting your prescriptions renewed is a nightmare. Then when you really need a prescription they don’t call you to tell you it’s ready. When I have two weeks left on my prescriptions they call me three times a day to pick up those prescriptions makes absolutely no sense.

Good Pharmacists and Technicians. Then why the low score? Since CVS took over, getting refills of my single medication there has been a nightmare. I get a telephone call (automated) asking me to press 1 to have my prescription filled; I am then told it will be ready in the afternoon the following day. It NEVER is. There are a variety of reasons: out of stock, no refills authorized, etc. I come in and I am told that the prescription is not ready. This has been the case repeatedly over the past few years. Always. I would call in to verify the completion of the prescription but the phone is not answered by a person. While they send text messages, they are UNABLE to receive them. The inventory system is set to maintain a minimal amount of drug product; it does not work.nnThis is not a problem with the pharmacy staff. It is a problem of the corporate system which has created poor communications with the customer.nnThere is no reason why a pharmacy should not be able to have a PERSON answer the phone within five rings.nnIf I am CALLED by a pharmacy and told that I may pick up a prescription the following day, it is not reasonable for somebody to FIRST verify authorization of the prescription AND that it is in stock.nnIf this happened once, They might still get five stars, even if it happened twice. It is generous to give two stars when It happens each and every time.nAgain, I do not blame the Pharmacist or Tech; They work for an incompetent company.
