The Team at EZ Storage in North Wales were great. Sue was exceptional with her follow-up to my original inquiry. They made renting a storage facility as easy as it could be. The facility is very clean and we hope to have a great experience storing our goods.

I think it's best to post a Google review after 3 months or so. That way, you have a better idea of what they're like. Read this review from standpoint of just newly renting a unit. I will circle back around after a couple months.nnOn a scale of 1-10, 10! Matt, Carol, & Sue were fantastic via phone & email! They followed up with me to find a unit with an opening that would fit what I needed to store. When I first met Carol, she went so above & beyond showing me a unit in the pouring rain. LOL! That's awesome & professional across the board!nnSue handled the actual contract details very well & in addition was so funny. Very personable. I felt like she talked to me like she knew me already. That's the kind of feeling I love when dealing with businesses.nnRegarding Matt, Carol said he would follow up on the weekend with me via email & he sure did. Two thumbs up!nnAs for unit, it was clean. As for how facility looks, clean. Very impressive. A good look inside office and outside too.nnOff of my initial interaction with them, yes, I would recommend them to others.
So accommodating! I was trouble picking a moving date to match their hours of operation and they totally worked with me!. Will recommend 100%
The manager (Matt) was very helpful even with the minor set back of our pin not working. He was able to give us a temporary pin until the issue could be resolved.
