If there is such a thing as a pleasant experience having a tooth pulled it is with Dr Deasy and his staff. They truly are great.
Doctor and staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor is a pretty funny guy and made my tooth extraction as positive as an extraction could be.
dumbfounded by the negativity of other reviews. nothing but incredible skill, precision and quality of care. could not express enough thankfulness for having someone with this level of knowledge as an asset to my family's needs. ask my 2 year old how he barely shed a tear at his extraction today. How my tooth 2 other dentists could not numb or pull popped out within 5 minutes in his care while the nurses colored with my daughter to distract her. or my SO's impacted tooth under his tongue coming out cleanly and quickly, a procedure we were sure would require sedation. This doctor and staff are far above par. See for yourself.
Save yourself the trip and find someone else. Someone who cares about his patients and not money. I had to cancel my appointment last minute. He even has his office trained. I had an emergency and was accused of lying. Who does that? This office does. It was humiliating. So I was the fool to prepay this ridiculous scheduling fee???? Who does that? This office does. So then I get a call you will need to pay a cancellation fee. Ready?? This guy was going to keep 1000 of my money because I cancelled!!! Seriously I had to pretend like I was so sorry ..then I get a call and was told you are to pay 300 for the cancelled appointment. So in the end he kept 300 for work never done. So be very careful stepping into this office. Then I’m told you are no longer welcomed back!! Haa were they kidding !!! Come back?? I should of ran to the nearest police department to tell them I was robbed. All I could say was wow.. and keep in mind this was from cancelling one time. Hope my post saves someone from making a big mistake.
Wisdom tooth extraction for all 4 teeth does not cost $5200. Do not allow this practice to tell you otherwise. This office committed fraud and we have proof. They want $300 dollars up front before they will even schedule the appointment, and they managed to get paid $1800 by the insurance company, apparently by inflating the asking price by 8 fold.nnThe insurance company informed us that the office was paid in full and that we should not have paid $300 at all.nnWhen we asked for the money back, the office claimed that the insurance company never paid them, and continues to employ dilatory tactics to avoid refunding our overpayment.nnWe have already approached our family attorney regarding this matter and we will give his legal team permission to file a cause of action in Norristown if our money is not refunded by noon tomorrow.nnYou have my word.
