Jo has been our doctor for the past 7-8 months at Moscow Family Medicine. I love her personality, and her sense of humor. She always answers very thoroughly any questions or concerns that we have. We have never left unsatisfied.

I was escorted into an exam room at 4:35. The nurse took my stats and said a doctor would be in shortly. AT 5:10. I stepped out of the exam room and found an employee who was getting ready to leave. She told me an emergency had come in and I would just have to wait.nnI felt I was treated rudely since no one could be bothered to tell me the wait would be longer than expected. I waited another 10 minutes in the exam room and still no one bothered to show up. I walked out to the reception area and stated that I still had not been seen by a physician and left.nnI will not be returning to this clinic for future care.

Was not at all pleased last time I went in to see Dr. Elsbury. I have had constant panic attacks for a long time, and was wanting a full physical to make sure that everything was physically okay. I went into the appointment thinking I was going to get just that. NOPE, sat in the office with a panic attack she didn't check me once for anything just told me to go home and schedule blood work at another time. I will be finding a new primary care doctor in the future, and seeing someone that specializes in mental health and anxiety.

Elsburry is my primary doctor; big mistake. I had an IUD insertion, she didn't sedate me, and the wings didnt open correctly. Then this last month I broke out in hives everywhere, without even looking at me more than a minute diagnoses me with scabies. Went to the Dermatologist and its contact dermatitis, which I even asked about and she shooed the though away immediately.

I would leave no stars if I could. I saw Elsbury worried about my thyroid disorder. My main concern was my energy level and depression. Out of nowhere she starts suggesting I join weight watchers!!! I'm 15 pounds heavier than normal but that was not what I wanted her to help me with. I never felt so brushed off and unheard by a doctor.
