Gritman Medical Center: Moscow Family Medicine Downtown

My experience overall was the definition of the word “average”. I was pregnant with my son back in October when I was still living their for school and went in for some concerns about our health and was met with long waits, less than friendly staff, and, of course, their nightmare of a billing department. I actually paid while I was in the clinic, and then they sent me to collections for whatever charge they decided I had not yet paid. No phone call. No email. No bills sent to my Middleton address. I find it hard to believe that I, knowing full well I was moving, would put and address down for a place I knew I wouldn’t be. Such is life I guess. They get away with treating patients like this because patients don’t have many other options but really, it’s a little ridiculous.

Since Gritman has taken over the service has been terrible. I have to call several times to make an appointment, prescription requests aren’t getting refilled, and I’m on my third phone call for a neurology referral because they keep sending it to the wrong place. It should not be this difficult to receive care. I miss being in a big city where they were actually options

I think the doctors and staff are great. But we are currently in a pandemic and not allowing parents to take appointment to get their toddler flu vaccine is simply not safe and it does not make sense.

I have had an incredible experience at Moscow Family Medicine. All the staff including the nurses and receptionists have been professional and friendly. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes in the 2 years I been here. I have loved Dr. Day and Dr. Bentwood. I fully trust that they will do what is best for my children and me.

Sent insurance information, did not receive any communications until I was notified today it was sent to collections. Horrible billing, as everyone here has stated.
