This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Unfortunately it’s the only place around that takes my insurance so I don’t have a choice but to go here. I went to there website and the first and only thing I saw was request an apt online. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing so I finally called the number I found and no one answered. They eventually called back and stated they don’t use the online serve! Well then it shouldn’t even be an option for patients. I then was trying to get my daughter into their pediatric office which is in the same location and they gave me another number to call. I have now been calling for over 2 weeks and not once has anyone answered the phone, I have requested call backs and left voicemails and have heard nothing. The worst customer service I have ever received.

I’ve only been going here long term because it’s the only place in the area that accepts my insurance, but they’re the worst. If you have an actual option to go somewhere else, do it. I’ve had countless issues with them, the most recent “final straw” was when I called to schedule a consultation with the oral surgeon (right across the hall from them), I’ve been in severe tooth pain for months trying to get a specific tooth extracted and appointments are limited as the surgeon only is open 2 days a week. Anyways, the lady on the phone didn’t listen to barely a word I said about what work I needed done, and she had a strong Indian accent, which is fine I have NO problem with language barriers, because I know everyone needs a job, and that it’s hard to learn our language, but she acted like she knew what I was saying, blew me off, and I confirmed my appointment with her that she scheduled four separate times during the call.... literally said OK ARE YOU POSITIVE YOU HAVE ME IN FOR THAT DAY... and she kept saying yes i understand what your saying I got it... so fine. I get to my “appointment” that I waited three weeks for and I’m not even In the system. After she swore she understood what I was saying and told me my appointment time that SHE MADE. So I’m pretty sure she didn’t save it or whatever. If she didn’t understand, totally fine I get it, but she should have passed me along to someone else instead of having me waste three weeks in SEVERE TOOTH AGONY, to not even have an appointment this entire time.nnHOWEVER, the oral surgeon was understanding and tried to work with me to figure it out so this is NOT for the a plus oral surgeon across the hall, I don’t know enough about them. But the actual dentist office SUCKS! This was just one issue that really pissed me off because I’m in terrible tooth pain. But also, their staff is rude, they’re overpriced for not even having modern dental equipment, they’re not comforting, I have a severe fear of the dentist and I just can’t stand them. I wish I could switch dentists but the next closest one is like an hour away that accepts my insurance. They’re so bad I’m debating on driving the two hour round trip just to see a dentist. Ugh!

This place is downright terrible. They made me wait 30 minutes for my first time appointment and created a money making dental plan that I DID NOT need.nThis place will rob you and give you nightmares if you let them.
