Palace Property Management

I have had nothing but unpleasant encounters with palace property , she (manager .. not her sweet sister) .. failed to create written documentation of when I called in regarding black mold and leaky faucets. When we moved out we spent hours upon hours cleaning making sure the house was spotless and made several trips back even to take leaves AFTER we moved out. She stated several times that the only thing being taken out of the deposit would be the water sewer garbage , and told my girlfriend the only cleaning that had to be done after we cleaned was cabinets needed wiped out in the kitchen. After 30 days of waiting for our $1,000.00 deposit back she sent us less than half and a laundry list of completely made up items that consumed over 500 of our dollars. Shes a money hungry, condescending and rude human being and should not be allowed to hold her title in this county or state for that matter. If i could give no stars I would

Karen was proactive and helpful during our initial property inquiries. Moreover, she communicated consistently with us and found properties that met our initial needs. While we ended up renting elsewhere, we appreciated how willing she was to assist us throughout the process. Thank you!

I leased a beautiful property from Karen for over a year. She's a true professional. In fact out of the 3 companies I called, she was the only company that responded and she met me in 10 minutes. She handled everything well.

Yes this is my real name and im not a fake reviewer like several below. Have rented from Palace Property Management for 7 years and have had a great experinece. We have moved into different rentals for more space with Karen the owner's help. They run a tight ship and from one business owner to another I like that they take pride in there company and owners investments I totally repsect that.
