First time in a dispensary and the crew here was AMAZING and extremely helpful even though it was a busy Friday rush hour. I was impressed with their available selection for the time of day and how efficient the staff is. The patient areas are kept clean and everything is properly social distanced. Definitely will be back.

Great product selection. The pharmacist, Ralph, was extremely knowledgeable and the staff was compassionate. Special shout-out to Blake who assisted my family member who was having an especially difficult day. Ample parking. I did not enter the premises so I am not certain, but it looked to be accessible and without stairs.

This review is specifically for Alex, one of the store managers at Liberty. She is very professional and personable. She always greets me with a smile, and goes above and beyond for me; which is what customer service is all about. Thank you Alex for making me feel valued as a customer. Keep up the great work!!

Usually this dispensary is great, never really had a problem. But I guess it depends on who's working that day because a staff member, Brittany, was not very nice. Not everyone's disability is visible maybe don't be rude to people. Looking for other dispensaries to go to from now on. Hire people that care about others because you're not just there to sell things to people you're there to help them get their medicine and feel better, not worse.
