Dominos is great and all... if you like the employees touching your food and not wearing masks. EspeciallynWhen they walk through the door right next to you on their way in and out.
Every single time I place an order on my mobile app with the Germantown Pike location they have order ready so quickly. I’m writing this review because tonight when I went in to pick up my pizza, the gentleman behind the counter (I wish I got his name!) he was a tall thin black man, had the nicest, biggest, most pleasant smile. Those types of moments, and this type of customer service is what deserves five star reviews.
This is the WORST dominos I have ever ordered from, the past 3 times i have ordered my food it has taken over an hour and 45 minutes to arrive when my estimated delivery time was 39-45 minutes. My food has arrived ice cold all 3 times, this time my food is cold and my 2 liter is room temperature. I tried to give this place another shot because I know people have off days but honesty this is ridiculous. I will never be ordering from here again. HORRIBLE SERVICE
Always fast and fresh!Very nice workers also.
