The office is horribly organized and keep terrible records. I paid a bill TWICE now and they keep calling and mailing requesting payment, even though I’ve already provided proof of payment on multiple occasions to multiple people. This has been going on for almost two years. I cannot grasp how you “lose” a payment twice, even though I have the record (and provided it to them) of the money being removed from my account by Scott Smith, DDS.nI could not recommend them less.
