I’m still going to rate five stars.. today I am here for a child support modification hearing. I’m currently paying 225 dollars a week for one child and my weekly check is only five hundred. I’m praying that I may have some mercy shown and understanding.. I want to pay for my child but I must also provide for myself. Wish me the best

This is a slimy courthouse in the worst city of Montgomery County, PA. The courthouse is old and decayed, much like the judges.nnGood luck if you have to come here for any reason. Especially if you're stuck with Judge Rhonda Lee Daniele overseeing your case. She is so overloaded with cases, and it shows. She makes hasty decisions without using her brain.nnThe only positive thing about the courthouse is watching the hotshot lawyers dressed up in those fancy suits.

I'm pretty sure this court HATES fathers in custody battles. I had so much evidence to prove my ex is an unfit parent and my daughters health and well being is in danger. It's a shame this court doesn't want to hear anything negative about a mother NO MATTER WHAT. She was even caught by the judge lying on the stand while testifying. The judge made me out to be a bad parent and mom got everything.

Montgomery County Court House has been around a long time. The building is well kept and clean. They have several different offices inside the court house. Once you enter you must get cleared by the Deputy Sheriff's who work near the door to make sure people don't bring in weapons to the Court house. They search everyone entering the bldg. I was there to get my Gun permit renewal. They have parking for the jurors . They have 2 inside garages. Otherwise you park on the street and pay a quarter for 10 minutes of parking. People who work there are very helpful and i enjoy stopping in there to see people i know.
