Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this company, at least not online! I ordered a light from them and they were nothing but trouble from beginning to end. First their listing online was false and included photos and descriptions from a similar but not the same item (different model than displayed in their listing) so I payed for and recieved an item I did not want, when I contacted them requesting a refund due to this it was as if they did not believe me and questioned me about it. When they finally agreed to the return they wanted me to pay for shipping ($40) as well as a 15% restocking fee even though this was their error (this to me and many others is a shady and dishonest business practice) I finally had to get the website they had their product listed on involved in order to reach an agreement that I would intact NOT be charged for restocking fee or for shipping, I was told to go ahead and pay for the return shipping and I'd be reimbursed for it later. Well once I shipped it out and I had proof of delivery from UPS and a name for who signed for the package this company tried to tell me I had not sent it back and they wouldn't refund me even though I did have a full proof of delivery and a signature from the company that I got through UPS. Finally when they issued my refund which should have been a little over $266 they only actually refunded me $193... $73 short! So I went back to the customer service of the website for which they had listed on and told them about it as I was over trying to deal with these idiots at Champion Lighting & Supply Co. even with the website intervening multiple times to inform them that they had not issued the proper refund amount Champion Lighting & Supply Co decided to IGNORE these messages and never replied regarding the $73 they missed in my refund. FINALLY the website decided to step up and issue the remaining refund money since Champion wouldn't step up to the plate and own their mistake.nnIn short, don't bother with this company (at least online) because all they will do is argue with you, make your life difficult and essentially steal your money by not honoring a true refund. COMPLETE RIPOFF!
