I have a lot to say but I’ll try to keep it simple.nFront staff I dealt with were all rude and inconsiderate.nOne time I called and received the after hour lady and she was nice but she was the exception.nWait times were unnecessarily long (meaning I stood there being un-acknowledged to check in even though there weren’t other patients).nI saw Sheree and she had good bedside manner and was easy going. This is the only plus. However, I did not come away feeling like there was a point or plan to my exercises. Also no follow through. She forgot to give me my exercises to take with me, never texted me the app and when I called to see if I could get it the receptionist told me “ i’m not sure when she’ll get to it”. I had to wait til my next apt weeks later to finally get them.nBilling lady is the worst I’ve dealt with. My bill was a lot more than the estimate I was given. Most billing people are more than happy to explain a charge. She was incapable of explaining which fueled her defensive take on any question asked. She should understand the office procedures well enough to give an explanation better than “I put in the correct code so I don’t know what to tell you”. She was not nice.nnThese are only a few examples.nnOverall PT is expensive and You should go somewhere that gives you a positive experience to get better.nnThis was far from the case for me so I’ll be going somewhere else.

I love Lakecity PT. They genuinely care about their patients and want you to get better and work hard to get there you.nLaura is so knowledgeable in her field and goes out of her way to explain everything clearly to ensure you understand exactly what’s going on with your body.nLori will bend over backwards to make sure you’re taken care of. I love them all!

I love this staff here and Sheree is amazing. I’ve been seeing her for a year now due to side effects from head and neck radiation. The relief I get from Sheree is amazing and it cuts my pain level down so I can function, I leave her office feeling such relief. I highly recommend this staff of brilliant woman who care a great deal for their patients, the level of knowledge there will help you get back to your best life! Kim Lauri
