One of the coziest and friendliest places to be. Current and topical selection of books. Have spent many afternoons with the grandchildren in the extensive children’s area.
Super friendly, helpful, and patient staff! They always make an effort to bring in all the new books, and the resources they offer (i.e. computers, printing, catalogues, etc.) have proved super useful time and time again. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area :)
William Jeanes library discriminates against people who can't wear a mask.
Pretty good library, I go here from time to time with my daughter. Their selection is a little slim hence the 4 stars, but this library has lots of other things like classes and events. Absolutely perfect to take your kids on a rainy day!
I called to inquire about picking up a pass for a the Morris arboretum - the woman who answered the phone let me know it was unavailable (fair enough), and then went on to explain she could usually look up when it was scheduled to be returned but she was doing something else on the computer and didn't want to stop. So helpful!! What great customer service!! I'll stick to Springfield and their friendly staff!
