I absolutely love working for this company...as an Administrator, I am supported as a leader. We work to keep our residents at the center of everything we do! ud83dudc9e We are able to take opportunities to communicate as a team and come up with solutions when issues arise. ud83cudf1f Our team is comprised of an amazing group of skilled and talented leaders. We also have a core group of CNAs and Nurses that are proud to call LaCrosse their “extended family”. ☺ufe0f

My grandfather had excellent care. He loved all the staff and the food was great (which is a big plus). The physical therapy team was awesome and helped him get his strength back after open heart surgery. The nurses and CNAS were all very caring and always there when he needed help. Over all a great facility. Definitely would take my family back if need be.

Both my parents spent time in this facility at one time or another. They both loved the staff and always raved about their care. The therapy department is amazing. My mom still talks and tells people about the wonder staff there.

This is my first experience as it is the first week. I attended a meeting, they showed remarkable attendance to my mother. They seem to understand her and we’re able to answer questions about her. They put her in a chair that I had not experienced before. It was most beneficial to her. I listen to them and they had information that I Felt it came from someone who cared.

I used to work here and can say first hand that they treat their employees like garbage! Upper management is absolutely terrible and the facility is filthy. If you are looking for a healthy environment to work or put a loved one I would NOT reccomend this place! I would rate zero stars if possible.
