We contacted Long and Foster in Fort Washington, Pa to list our condominium in North Wales. They were strongly recommended by our friends who used them a year ago to sell they're home in Upper Dublin. Immediately we were contacted by Loretta McKeogh. She got right out to the property that same day along with associate Paul Bresadola. These are two very fine seasoned professionals who walked us through the initial process. We were convinced that we should list with Long and Foster. Paul got the initial paperwork signed by us and Loretta handled everything else from that point on. Like our friends home, the condo sold within a day or two, above our asking price. Throughout the entire process Loretta always got right back to us with any questions we had and handled everything smoothly and efficiently without a single headache or worry. We had a very quick settlement date and before we knew it everything was completed and we had a check in our hands. We would highly recommend Long and Foster along with Loretta McKeogh.
