Honestly have been going here for years. I don’t know if they got new staff but they are just rude. Seems that they can’t fill prescriptions same day anymore no matter what meds are. They are to busy to do anything by all the responses me and wife have gotten from them. I have asthma and needed my meds to breath that day and literally I had to get demanding to get them. I will be switching whole family to another pharmacy! Customer service is gone from there. Don’t waste your time there.

Arrived at 5:45 pm on A Saturday. Wanted to get a flu shot. Was told closing in 10 minutes you'll have to come back. What if I had a prescription? As any retail establishment you have customers who come in right before closing customer service dictates you help the customer, even if it means not getting off work on time

Called ahead to see if my two prescriptions were ready. The pharmacist curtly told me my doctor never called it in, there wasn’t a second prescription, and that was the end of it. I went in to pick up my first prescription and was told they were just finishing the second one up. I complained that I had been handled very rudely on the phone pertaining to the second prescription. Instead of handling my complaint, the pharmacist then told me I was acting rude! What a disappointment of customer service. I would never have my prescription filled there again.
