I recently switched from Savon Pharmacy in Hayden to Medicine Man, Prairie! It saddens me to do this because I have been a customer of Savon Pharmacy for a very long time and had very good service in the past! But, it seems to me that, for whatever reason, the quality of service has diminished recently! I am on a drug called Methotrexate that I inject myself with once per week for my auto-immune type of arthritis! The vial lasts me only 3 weeks( 3 doses from it ) so I have to call for renewals every couple weeks! In early May when I called for the refill the recorded message said my prescription would be ready the next day, but no call came that day to say it was ready for pickup as promised. Each day I called to check, the recording changed it to the following day so then I called to talk to a pharmacist and the technician said it was on order and they couldn’t get it from the usual supplier, but would keep trying and they were ordering it every day! By this time my injection was already a day late with no assurance when it would actually be there! I called Medicine Man Prairie and they had it in stock so I decided to switch my prescriptions to that pharmacy! Not only did no one from Savon call me to let me know they were having trouble getting my prescription drug, but I felt like I was getting the “run around” when I called and also no one at the pharmacy seemed to think about the fact that not getting that medication when it is due can cause me a lot of discomfort! Anyway, I am quite disappointed with Savon Pharmacy and hope there will be steps taken to improve the quality of customer service back to the way I experienced it in years past!nSincerely, Peggy Sorenson

My husband and I have been filling our meds at Hayden Savon for a year now. And every single time we have had Benjamin help us. He isn't friendly at all, wears a scowl on his face and never says Thank you. Today was the final straw, my husband got a text YESTERDAY saying his medication was ready. It wasn't ready TODAY when I went to pick it up. Benjamin snarled at me that it would be at LEAST 10 mins. That's not a problem at all, the problem is his rudeness and condescending attitude. I feel sorry for sick people that go there when he is working. That's it, we are done. We will go somewhere that is friendly and appreciates our business.
