This is the most mis-managed pharmacy I have EVER been to. Month after month they fail to fill prescriptions in a timely manner, have computer issues and more. Currently standing in a line with 21 people—have been here for 40 MINUTES and the line has NOT MOVED. This pharmacy needs to do better. People are sick and/or in pain and standing in a line like THIS after they’ve been messaged that their prescription is filled?! Bad management. We will be finding a new pharmacy post haste.

The phones ring and ring and ring and they hang up on ya. They told me my prescription would be ready in half an hour, but I waited an hour. The lines are always so long. Definitely wouldn't use this pharmacy if you're thinking about it..

The pharmacy is very unorganized. You can't get any one on the phone and when you do the people on the phone tell you one thing and when you get there be ready for a wait. I would not recommend fred myers for any thing.

They will text you that your prescription is ready and when you get there they won't have it ready. You'll wait in line for 45 minutes each time. This is based off my last 4 experiences. The staff are very rushed and Frustrated, never a smooth experience.

Horrible experience. Line is always too long and if they mess things up, which they did both times I used this pharmacy, you have to wait in line all over again. Headed elsewhere.
