This is the most unpleasant and unprofessional pharmacy and healthcare facility I have ever dealt with. This pharmacy is largely a fraud. They advertise low competitive pricing but buyers beware. They will sell you improper medications. You end up paying a lot more in the long run. When you call back you get a lot of runaround until you give up. The pharmacy staff is very rude and their behavior is supported by the owner Tony. He is very unapologetic and tells you about all the fake success he has had. Take your business somewhere else and save yourself a headache. He acts like he is selling used cars rather that medications.

I was able to get my medication at short notice which was great.nHowever, the pharmacist handed me vial of temperature sensitive medication, in a plastic carrier and simply said keep it cold. I was not provided with an insulated bag or ice pack or asked how far I had to travel.nCornerstone would definitely not be a first choice.

I’ve had experiences with both Cornerstone and Freedom Pharmacy and found Cornerstone to be infinitely better for IVF meds.nnUnlike Freedom, they are very accessible by phone and when I call I rarely ever need to wait to speak to someone.nnThey beat the prices other pharmacies offered and luckily they are close by to my house so only a 10 min trip to get everything. Everything was labeled and bagged in a way I could easily understand what syringes went with which vials. And best of all once I called they were fast, which was very important since one of my meds has a very short shelf life and I didn’t want to get the meds until my cycle started. So I would recommend Cornerstone for sure, especially if you live close by.

I've had a wonderful experience with Cornerstone! During my first round of IVF, I realized late on a Friday night I was missing a medication (this was my oversight, not Cornerstone's mistake). I called the Cornerstone after hours line early Saturday morning and the Pharmacist, Tony, got back with me very quickly. He wasn't able to have FedEx come to Cornerstone that same day, so he went the extra mile and had a partnering pharmacy ship me my medication to ensure I would have it on my doorstep come Monday. Tony even called me Monday and made sure I had received my medication. Wonderful customer service! I highly recommend Cornerstone.

I had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. I got a call from this pharmacy for ordering my prescription medicines. I told pharmacist Abbi that I want to order medicines & want to know the cost after running Insurance, she said it is our company policy to get credit card ud83dudcb3 details before setting up order. I asked her to get back to me after checking with insurance how much it’s going to cost. I was naive enough to give her my credit card details but before even ordering medicines an unauthorized charge of 4500$ was made on my card without our knowldge.nnEven the next day we were going back and forth on the costs and whether we want to go ahead with them. Infact they came with a lower price of $3700 after running some discounts etc.but never did any of their agents mention that they have already withdrawn $4500 the previous day. We were in conversation with 4 other pharmacies at the same time. None of them withdraw the money but only this pharmacy. They gave an excuse that we set it up as shipment order. How is that possible when the next day we were still going back and forth on the quotes. The supervisor is extremely rude and put the blame on us that we set it up as shipment order. Stay away from this pharmacy.
