Disappointed in the lack of returns/refunds. Why not allow customers store credit or full refunds when purchasing defective items. The store is not going to restock a broken item so why not compensate consumers. Unfair practices. Very disappointed in CVS Pharmacy!

The staff here is always amazing but today sealed it for me! Thank you Bernard for giving me my medication even though you were getting ready to close. You didn't have to but it's so appreciated in these crazy times!
