So I’m an uber driver. I came to this place to pickup two orders; one that just came in. So I knew there was gonna be a wait. I normally don’t wait longer than five minutes and I was here for a half an hour. I stuck around because I could tell this was a quality establishment. I gotta ding em one star because a couple people behind the counter didn’t have their masks on. But I appreciated the professionalism of the two expediters I dealt with. They were on top of everything and did their best to get all the orders they had out as efficiently as possible. It’s tricky these days trying to jungle social distancing and all that but they handled it very well. They managed the number of customers inside and outside. They were really busy. This was about 5:30 pm. So I was okay waiting longer than usual. Keep up the good work. Mask up and make that money! Be Safe ✊ud83cudffc

I usually love Victoria's Kitchen until the pandemic hit . This time food just wasn't as good . Chicken was ok however green beans wasn't cooked right and candy yams seem old. I don't think I will be returning.

The wings are way smaller than they where a year ago. I ordered 3 extra priced at 4.50. When I arrived I was told my ticket was missing so they’d need more time to make my order. There was no separation of my wings from sides. As a result my wings included in my platter ended up being soggy before I could finish my meal. Also, my greens where gritty! As if they hadn’t been cleaned properly! Not the first time they disappointed me. But I believe in benefit of the doubt. At this time I’ll Say I doubt they care as I (and others) continue to allow them to benefit from my business.

Their food is outstanding but you can definitely taste a difference. You can kinda tell that whoever cooked the food I received today wasn’t really the best at cooking ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f The Mac n cheese tasted old & it was hard. The cabbage was wayyy too soggy & the homemade lemonade was too sweet.
