The customer service, or lack thereof, here is beyond laughable. I've already placed an order online, on two separate occasions, and they just cancel them. They don't call the customer to apologize or see what they can do to help. They just cancel the order and couldn't care less if the customer stays hungry or drives there to pickup an order - to find out that they never made it. I used to be happy to come here, but I guess the pandemic is showing their true colors. They're open. They just pick and choose which orders to make. I'll order elsewhere.
Just amazing pizza. Probably the one pizza in the suburbs that taste like it's from the city.
Horrible experience. Our order was missing a cheesesteak & everything else arrived cold. We used Grubhub to order so the food and tip was already paid. When we called them to ask for our other cheesesteak the guy said we were lying and insisted that both cheesesteaks were in the bag. We were staring at the bag, a second cheesesteak would be hard to miss & we have no need to lie about a cheesesteak lol. Not only would they not drive a cheesesteak out to us but they refused to refund us for the food WE NEVER RECEIVED. We finally called grubhub and they were able to get them to refund the one cheesesteak. The food we did receive was disgusting. No cheese on the 1 cheesesteak, had to add our own. Then when we asked them to refund our generous tip (we tip nicely especially during all that is going on), they refused and said if they did they would charge us for delivery. The owner was so ridiculously rude we were honestly in shock. At this point we don’t even care about the money it’s the sheer principal of it all. I urge you to order ANYWHERE else except this place unless you like trash food and being ripped off.
Food stromboli excellent and fresh made service quick.and excellent .place is clean and service was good prices good..tastes great
